North National Copyright Trading Center Co., Ltd. was applied by Liaoning Provincial Peoples government, approved by the State Copyright Administration, and approved by the State Administration for Industry and commerce. It was registered in Dalian Jinpu New Area in 2018. It is the only national copyright trading center in northern China. The North National Copyright Trading Center Industrial Park, with the northern national copyright trading center as the main operating body, has built two major centers of copyright trading operation and intellectual property trading operation, which is composed of five sections: copyright industry, intellectual property industry, network literature industry, network live e-commerce industry and creative culture industry.
